We repair your headlight wherever you are in the UK or Ireland: you send it to us and we post it back repaired. There are three steps, and the first one is asking for a quote with the form on this page.

1. Ask for a quote with the form

Fill in the form on this page and we reply within 24 hours.

To quote we will ask you for a few photos of the headlight (lens and housing), the make and model of the car, and the registration and VIN: that is how we find the exact part number of your unit.

2. Your headlight travels by courier

Once you confirm the quote, the headlight goes to the workshop by courier. Which courier, the cost of shipping both ways, the transit time and how to pay are all confirmed in the quote, before you send anything.

Packing is down to you: the headlight goes in a box, wrapped in bubble wrap, with nothing loose inside the box. That is how most units reach us and they arrive fine.

It is worth packing it well: a headlight that travels loose can arrive with the mounting tabs snapped off.

From Ireland: an ordinary parcel within the EU.
From the UK: contact us before sending anything; the customs paperwork for the outward and return journeys is set out in the quote, along with the courier and the cost.

3. We repair it and send it back packed the same way

All repairs are done in our own workshops in Ciudad Real and Valencia, Spain. The work takes about 72 hours in the workshop, not counting transit.

For the return we pack it the same way: bubble wrap, box, and the courier back to you. Prices are in euros, and how to pay is confirmed in the quote.

Warranty

Every repair leaves the workshop with a one-year written warranty. It covers the work carried out, and you receive it in writing with your repaired headlight.

If a headlight can't be repaired, you will know before sending anything: we assess each unit from the photos and the vehicle details when we prepare the quote, and we tell you in that same reply.
