This policy describes how we process the personal data of people who use tallerdefaros.es, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection (LOPDGDD).

Data we process and why

We process the data you give us through the form or the contact channels (name, contact details, information about your vehicle and the headlight fault) to answer your enquiry, prepare the quote and, if you accept it, manage the repair and the shipments.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when you send us the enquiry (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the pre-contractual steps or the performance of the repair contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients

We do not pass your data to third parties, except where the law requires it and except those needed to provide the service (for example, the courier company that collects and delivers the headlight).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by the applicable legal obligations (tax, warranty and liability).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you consider that the processing is not correct, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of your own country: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK or the Data Protection Commission (DPC) in Ireland.
